Admin Tools

Administration tools (admin modules) provide additional features to support the Administrator by it´s daily work. Admin tools are only accessable to users assigned to the Adminstrators group.

Administration tools are installed via the WB backend: Add-Ons -> Modules -> Install Module.

This tool allows you to view, edit, delete, create, upload or backup files of installed Add-ons such as modules, templates and languages from the Website Baker backend without downloading the files first. You can also create installation packages off installed Add-ons, ready for installation from the Website Baker backend. Supported languages: English, German, French and Dutch. Advanced features: The tool integrates an optional FTP layer, which allows you to access Add-ons normally owned by the ftp-user (like WB core templates or core modules uploaded via FTP). You can enable support (config.inc.php) for the online editing service Pixlr, which allows you to manipulate images of Add-ons (e.g. templates or modules). Requirements: PHP 4.3.11 or higher, WB 2.8 (all features), WB 2.7 (limited features) Licence: GNU-GPL, Author: Christian Sommer (doc), Version: 1.1.1 (Feb 07, 2010) The PEAR packages used by the module are licensed under LGPL. Important: Since AFE v0.80, WB 2.8 is required to use all implemented features like jQuery toggle or syntax highlighting. AFE v0.81 still works with WB 2.7, but with limited features only. Follow the instructions in section Legacy mode of the Readme file to enable syntax highlighting in AFE v0.81 under WB 2.7. All future versions of AFE will have WB 2.8 as minimum requirement.

This admin tools provides some statistics for all registered WB users (username, last login date, days inactive, mailto link). Supported languages: English and German.
